Pricing
Fixed fees, quoted before we begin.
We do not bill hourly. Every engagement is scoped and priced in writing before any work starts, and every project is scoped so the potential tax liability savings and financial clarity justify the cost of our fees — if we don’t believe the math works in your favor, we’ll tell you before you engage.

How we price
What sits behind every number on this page.
- Fixed fee, quoted in writingYou approve scope and price before work begins. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, no meter running when you send a question.
- Starting prices, not final pricesEvery figure above is a starting point. Complexity — multiple entities, multiple states, prior-year cleanup — moves it, and we tell you where and why before you engage.
- The fee is set against the projected returnFor advisory work you see the quantified savings next to the fee. If the math doesn’t work in your favor, we say so rather than sell you the engagement.
- The Position Review is credited backIf you start with a fixed-fee Position Review and go on to engage us, the full amount is credited against that engagement.
