Tax Strategy · Fractional CFO · Nationwide

More than just taxes and finance.
Tax counsel, CFO discipline, and clean books — in one accountable engagement.

Beaconshire Advisory is a nationwide advisory firm built around three practice groups — Tax Advisory, CFO Advisory, and Accounting & Compliance. Our clients stop coordinating three separate vendors and start working from one plan, backed by unlimited rights to represent them before the IRS in all fifty states.

Every project is scoped so the potential tax liability savings and financial clarity justify the cost of our fees — and if we don’t believe the math works in your favor, we’ll tell you before you engage.

  • Licensed Attorney
  • Unlimited IRS Representation Rights
  • 10+ Years CFO Experience

Accounting & Compliance practice

The Firm

Three disciplines. One accountable engagement.

Most owner-operators end up paying three professionals for fragments of the same problem: a lawyer for the entity work, a preparer for the return, a finance lead for the operating cadence. The handoffs between them are where the value gets lost — or never realized in the first place.

Beaconshire holds all three disciplines in-house, so nothing is lost in the handoff. The tax position is informed by the legal posture; the legal posture is informed by the financial reality; and the financial reality is read with a planner’s eye, not a preparer’s.

  • Principal-led. Your tax positions and your CFO work are handled by practice leadership — not routed to a seasonal preparer and not offshored.
  • One point of contact. A single thread, a shared workspace, and a named owner for every deliverable.
  • Specialists on call. When a matter calls for a valuation analyst, a cost segregation engineer or state-specific counsel, we engage vetted independent professionals under our supervision — and tell you who they are and what they cost.

How we work

The Beaconshire Method.

Four phases, run the same way on every engagement, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.

  1. Discovery

A free 45-minute strategy session. We listen, review your last return and statements, and identify the largest opportunities and risks before you commit to anything.

  2. Strategy

A written plan with quantified savings, prioritized actions, and a timeline. You see the math behind every recommendation — and our fee against the projected return.

  3. Implementation

We execute — entity changes, tax filings, CFO cadence, financial systems. You get a single point of contact and a shared workspace, not a queue.

  4. Stewardship

Quarterly reviews, year-end planning, real-time questions answered in days, not weeks. Most clients renew because the math keeps working.

Common questions

Before you call.

Which states do you work in?

All fifty. Beaconshire is a remote-first firm, and our authority to represent taxpayers before the IRS under Circular 230 §10.3(a) is not limited by geography. State filings are handled wherever your entities and nexus require them.

Who actually does my work?

Practice leadership. Your tax positions, your return and your CFO work are handled by the principal — not routed to a seasonal preparer and not offshored. Where a matter calls for a specialist, such as a valuation analyst or a cost segregation engineer, we engage vetted independent professionals under our supervision and tell you exactly who they are.

What does it cost?

Starting prices are published on every service page and on our pricing page. Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee before work begins. We do not bill hourly, and we do not send surprise invoices.

Do you replace my CPA?

In most cases, yes. We prepare and file returns, run the planning cadence, and represent you before the IRS. Where you have a long-standing preparer you want to keep, we work alongside them on advisory and fractional CFO scope.

How do you handle my documents?

Through an encrypted client portal, under a written information security plan, with access-controlled storage and multi-factor authentication. Taxpayer identifiers never travel as email attachments. Our practices are set out in full in our privacy policy.

How fast do you respond?

Under 48 hours on any client question, and same day on anything carrying a statutory deadline.
