Calculators · Updated for 2026

The numbers you keep guessing at, worked out properly.

Ten interactive calculators built on the same models we run in client engagements — the 2026 tax tables, the SBA fee schedule, the retirement limits, the real cost of a hire. Change an assumption and watch the answer move. Every calculator shows its math and cites its sources.

How we built these

Calculators that show their work.

Most free calculators are a lead form with arithmetic attached. These are the working models we use with clients, published with the assumptions exposed, so you can see exactly why the number is what it is — and argue with it.

Current-year figures

2026 brackets, the $184,500 Social Security wage base, the $24,500 deferral limit, the FY2026 SBA fee table. Each page lists its sources and the date they were checked.

Assumptions you can change

Defaults are sensible, not sacred. Every rate, reserve and multiple is an input, and the methodology section explains what each one does.

Private by design

The math runs in your browser. Nothing you type is transmitted or stored. Share a scenario by copying the link, which carries your inputs.

Honest about limits

A calculator is an estimate, not a return and not advice. Where a rule is simplified, the page says so — and says when to bring in a professional.

Questions

About the calculators

Are these accurate enough to plan on?

They are built from published 2026 figures and the standard formulas used in practice, and we test the math against hand calculations. They are accurate for what they model. What they cannot do is see your full return, your state’s quirks, or the facts that change an answer — so treat the output as a well-informed starting point, and confirm anything you are about to act on.

Do I have to give you my email?

No. There is no gate, no list, no follow-up sequence. Use them as often as you like.

Is my data stored anywhere?

No. Everything runs in your browser. If you copy a scenario link, your inputs travel in that link — and only to whoever you send it to.

How often are the figures updated?

Each calculator carries a “verified” date. We re-check after the IRS publishes the annual inflation adjustments (usually October or November), after the SBA’s fiscal-year fee notice (October), and whenever a rate the calculator relies on changes.

Can you run this against my actual numbers?

Yes. That is what a Strategy Session is for. Bring the scenario link and we will work from it.

Want the answer for your actual situation?

Run a scenario, copy the link, and bring it to a free Strategy Session. We will tell you whether the number holds up and what we would do about it.
